To develop and implement a community engagement program that gives hope, provides opportunity, and awareness to youth; has a systemic impact on quality of life; and leads directly to prosperous careers in the underserved communities of St. Rose.
OUR STORY
Hope St. Rose was created to address a clear need: talent exists in St. Rose, but access, exposure, and opportunity often do not.
IMTT, SCCF, and our partners want to change this. By bringing together industry, education, and community organizations, Hope St. Rose began creating intentional touchpoints.
OUR PRIORITIES
Hope St. Rose is focused on generating hope, providing opportunity awareness, and promoting prosperous careers for residents of St. Rose and the River Parishes. Through collaboration with industry, schools, non-profits, and local leaders, we work to remove barriers, connect people to resources, and create pathways to education, workforce training, and long-term economic stability.

A St. Rose native, Alaija Thomas discovered her passion for graphic design during the pandemic and further developed her skills at the Satellite Center. She designed the Hope St. Rose logo to reflect hope, community strength, and connection, using her creativity to create a meaningful symbol for the community.
